Nine men from our church attended the Men-N-Ministry “Rise-Up” conference at Journey United Methodist Church in Columbia on Saturday, February 22nd.

We were inspired by an opportunity for men of all ages to come together for a time of fellowship, inspiration, spiritual enrichment, but most of all,  for practical and insightful ways to widen their witness.  We heard inspirational messages from Bishop Fairley, Bishop Holston and Bishop Swanson.

There was a wonderful lunch of hamburgers and hot dogs.

We came away inspired to grow our men’s ministry.
