On the evening of February 23rd Dacusville UMC welcomed our youth co-op with Easley First UMC and Trinity UMC (Fountain Inn) to come for an intergenerational evening that began with sharing a baked potato bar and a sundae bar for our meal.

Those attending were divided into teams with all age groups represented in each group. The icebreaker activity allowed everyone in the group a chance to share about themselves.

Rev. Michael Hood of Easley 1st led the group in inspiring music. Rev. Brian Underwood of DUMC led a devotional on Social Media, then Emma Rivers Youth Director at TUMC provided a challenging game of Bible trivia and youth of the first and second place teams received prizes.

The wonderful intergenerational conversations and sharing of those from 12 to 85 was the real prize of the evening.

The next Co-Op gathering will be March 30 at Easley First at 5:30 PM
